Welcome to WOW Momentum. By accessing wowmomentum.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
WOW Momentum provides AI automation, custom tools development, and digital marketing services to businesses primarily in Dubai, the UAE, and the United States. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or Statement of Work.
2. Website use
You may use our website for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the site or the underlying infrastructure.
- Submit false information through our contact forms.
- Use the site in a way that harms other users or violates any law.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, blog posts, and code — is owned by WOW Momentum or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
For client engagements: all custom code, workflows, and deliverables we build are transferred to the client on final payment. The client owns the work product fully, including source code and access credentials.
4. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in a proposal: (a) 50% of project cost is due before work begins, (b) the remaining 50% is due on delivery, and (c) recurring retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments beyond 15 days may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
5. Delivery & timelines
We commit to weekly progress demos on every engagement. Estimated timelines are given in good faith based on scope; changes to scope may extend timelines and cost, and will be documented in writing before proceeding.
6. Refunds
If we are unable to deliver work as scoped, we will refund the portion of the fees corresponding to undelivered work. Refunds are not available for work already delivered or for services provided outside the original scope.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during an engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement indefinitely for trade secrets, and for 3 years for other confidential information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOW Momentum’s total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (leads, revenue, growth). The success of any automation or marketing system depends on many factors including client execution, market conditions, and product-market fit.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (where WOW Momentum operates) unless a specific client engagement specifies otherwise in writing. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
